Roy Miller Checking In...

Killeen Shoemaker DT Roy Miller has been a hot topic of discussion and we caught up with him again to see what's cooking now....

"People are trying to tell me that I de-committed from Oklahoma but I haven't done that," Roy Miller shared. "If I choose to do that, then that's what I will do. But I haven't done that. That's going to be something that happens when I say it has. Not when someone tries to get me to say it."

That, in mind, he has made comments that suggest that it is UT that is in the driver's seat...

"Yes, I'm looking at (Texas) real hard," Miller said. "I just felt real comfortable around Coach Robinson when he came down to the school Monday. And, I got to show him around the school. I feel that the more I am around him the more I feel I belong there (Texas)."

On his official, Miller said the Texas players made a huge impression on him, among other things...

"Everyone in the program there loves it and they have a lot of good things to say about it. And, the fans were acting all crazy. I was sitting next to Reggie Youngblood. And, they were saying 'Reggie -- Reggie -- Reggie'. The fans were just actin' crazy. And then them Texas girls were looking good too. But that ain't got nothin' to do with it. The atmosphere there is enough to make some people want to go there. I'm just tryin' to compare OU and Texas. You know, if you go to OU, you know you're going far away from home. If you get to feelin' down, you can't just go home. If I go to Texas, and I want to go home, I can."

Miller said he's still slated for an official visit to Austin for Mack Brown's Banquet Weekend. He also said that OU is trying to set up an in-home visit on December 13th, right after his weekend official visit to the Forty Acres...
