Longhorn Camp Update: WR Terrell Reese

Scout.com caught up with Pflugerville WR Terrell Reese, who was slated to be in Austin Sunday June 5, for a quick update…

"I didn't make it (to the June 5th UT Camp), but I have been in touch with (Texas WR) Coach (and Assistant Recruiting Coordinator) Bobby Kennedy and we're talking next weekend, the June 12th camp," Terrell Reese told Scout.com Monday evening

Reese, who is currently ranked as the top wideout in the state, said his high school coach (Dwyane Weircik) conveyed the following advice/thoughts on a potential offer from the Horns: "My Coach said that he thinks if I go to a Texas camp and perform well that I have a good shot to grab an offer."

The 6-4, 192-pounder recently picked up an offer from the Oklahoma Sooners but has yet to receive one from the top three in-state programs (Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech).

"The Oklahoma one is a big one," Reese said.

But will he garner offers from the Horns, Aggies and Red Raiders to go along with those already in the bag (Arkansas, Arizona, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State)?

Stay tuned…
