With the backdrop of an empty Disch-Falk Field behind them, Texas center fielder Drew Stubbs and pitcher Kyle McCulloch discussed the next phase of their baseball careers before a media throng Tuesday. Each was picked in the first round of Major League Baseball's first-year player draft, becoming the first pair of Texas teammates to go in the first round since pitchers J.P.
