Aghayere: Taking His Time

Garland, Texas defensive end Chancey Aghayere's tour of Big 12 junior days is now complete. He spent the last month visiting Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma and found something positive about each visit. Has anyone jumped into the drivers' seat to land Aghayere?

Chancey Aghayere talked about what stood out about each school during his junior day visits.

Texas: "They had spring practice when I was down there, so I got to watch the team practice."

Texas A&M: "I liked their dorms."

Oklahoma: "Everything was close together. The campus was close together."

Despite getting a look at each of the Big 12 schools, Aghayere still doesn't have an overall leader. He is planning on returning to each school this summer for camp.

"They are all pretty much even," Aghayere said. "I am planning on going to the Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma camps. The ones that are close around."

Aghayere has offers from Florida, Notre Dame, Texas, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor, Purdue and Vanderbilt. He plans on taking trips to other schools but has not decided which schools he wants to visit yet.

As a junior Aghayere collected 60 tackles, 21 tackles for loss and four sacks, earning first team all-district honors.
