Texas' 2008 class appears to have already developed a great chemistry with one another. Almost every commit has said that hanging out with other recruits was the best part of the entire experience.
"Yeah, that had to have been the best part," Randall said. "It was great meeting the people that you are going to spend the next four years with."
Randall spent most of his time during the visit with Cedar Hill defensive tackle Jarvis Humphrey. Both are very important pieces in the '08 class, as they are the only defensive line commits that Texas has at this point in time.
"I hung with everybody, but most of the time I was hanging with Jarvis because we are both defensive linemen," Randall said. "I talked to Dravannti (Johnson). I've known him for a while. He just lives right up the road."
Randall's host during the visit was corner back Ben Wells. Both are from the Beaumont area and Randall enjoyed catching back up with him.
"Ben Wells," Randall said when asked about his host. "I've known him because we both went to the same school. He is a great guy."
Texas' football banquet is always a special occasion for players and coaches alike and Randall talked about the atmosphere at the event.
"It was great. They had all the seniors up there. They were looking good. They all had their suits on. It was just a good experience," Randall said.
