Will Dexter Pratt Accept Junior Day Invite?

Navasota running back Dexter Pratt may be a man of few words off the field, but he makes plenty of noise on it. IT caught up with the two-way star to talk about his outstanding junior season, whether he'll accept Texas' junior day invite and much more.

Inside Texas: Have you picked up any more offers yet?

Dexter Pratt: No sir.

IT: So who has offered so far?

Pratt: Oklahoma State and Texas A&M.

IT: Who all has been sending mail lately?

Pratt: Pretty much everybody has been sending mail.

IT: Is there a school out there that has been showing a lot of interest that you think might offer pretty soon?

Pratt: I would say Texas.

IT: Have you been invited to any junior days so far?

Pratt: Just Texas.

IT: Are you planning on going?

Pratt: I'm not sure.

IT: What junior day did they invite you to?

Pratt: The one on the 10th

IT: Are you still pretty much wide open right now as far as recruiting goes?

Pratt: I'm wide open.

IT: If Texas was to offer, would that change anything for you?

Pratt: No sir.

IT: Do you know what your final stats were?

Pratt: I had 208 carries with 2,048 yards and 24 touchdowns.

IT: Did you receive any awards for your performance?

Pratt: I got offensive MVP of the district and I got All-State.

IT: Are most schools recruiting you to play running back?

Pratt: Yes sir.

IT: Is there anything that you want to improve upon during the spring?

Pratt: I would say my speed.
