Recruits at the Baylor Game

Texas played host Saturday to one of the nation's top uncommitted prospects, plus several state of Texas OLs, and at least one current commitment.

The headliner of the Horns' visit list for the Baylor game was Charlotte, NC Independence QB Chris Leak. The 6-0 1/2, 210-pounder visited Florida in October and he also has plans to visit Florida State. Tennessee, Iowa, Notre Dame and USC are also in the running to host the prolific, record-breaking high school passer.

Texas also welcomed three offensive linemen from around the state: Deer Park OG Scott Douer, Westwood OT Greg Dolan (6-6, 278, 5.3 as listed in Dave Campbell's Texas Football), and Garland Lakeview Centennial junior OG Cedric Dockery (6-4, 300, 5.1 in Texas Football).

Current commit CB Steve Richardson of Garland also took in the Horns' blanking of Baylor.
