Kelley, 6-6, 275 pounds, was a key member of the back-to-back 4A state champs in 2007 and 2008. As a junior, Kelley was selected first team all-district as well as receiving all-region team mention.

As a senior, Kelley received first team all-district and AP 4A first team all-state honors as well as playing in the ESPN/Under Armour All-American game in Orlando January 4.

In Kelley, the #19 tackle prospect in the 2009 class according to, the Longhorns are getting an offensive lineman well schooled in the passing game and advanced in pass protection. Needed time to gain strength in the both the upper and lower body, expect the Austin area prospect to redshirt and probably an additional year of maturing physically before he is in a position to help the program.
