Clear Springs linebacker Trevon Randle has quickly become one of the more sought prospects in the 2011 class. In 2009, Randle will carry the ball full time at running back after earning all-district honors as a sophomore at linebacker. Here is a first look at the talented prospect, brought to you by Burnt Orange Beat.
Trevon Randle was a tackling machine as a sophomore. In 2008, Randle recorded 121 tackles, two blocked field goals and one fumble recovery that he returned 82 yards. At 6-2 and 201 pounds with legit 4.6 speed, Randle has the size to go with the ability to run that college programs covet. Add to the skill set a developing body and continued improvement in terms of physical play and the junior-to-be is already a marked man amongst regional programs.
On June 14, Randle will attend the Texas mini-camp with teammate Donnie Baggs and may follow with a trip to Texas A&M later in the month.
