In the Film Room: Will Harlos

One of the top defenders in the 2011 class in 3A football is Somerset safety Will Harlos. Harlos is already receiving recruiting attention from schools from the East (Georgia Tech) to the West (UCLA). In-state power Texas has also already shown interest. Enjoy these sophomore highlights brought to you by Burnt Orange Beat.

Somerset safety Will Harlos (6-2.5, 185) had a very good sophomore season for his 7-4 club. The talented safety had 59 total tackles (39 unassisted), four interceptions, and two sacks as a sophomore. As you can see in this footage, if he gets his hands on the ball carrier, he will take him to the ground.

Harlos has many collegiate athletes in his family his mother who played basketball for the Baylor Bears, his uncle, Jim Bob Taylor, who played quarterback for the Baltimore Colts, and his cousin, Cooper Taylor, started at safety for Georgia Tech as a true freshman this past season.

Harlos will attend the Texas mini-camp on June 14.
