He probably had his best game of the year Friday night in a 51-14 victory over Ashland. Boucher was 9 of 12 for 146 yards and three touchdown passes. He also ran one in for a score, accounting for four of Alter's touchdowns.

Thanks to Austin Boucher and Wisconsin commit Jason Borland, Kettering Alter is 3-0 and averaging 46.3 points per game.

MACattack Sports ranked Alter High School #1 in the state of Ohio Division IV in their preseason poll, while the Dayton Daily News ranked Alter #2 in their preseason poll for Division IV.

Boucher committed to Toledo before the season started, back in August. He had offers from Toledo and Air Force.

"Toledo is a good fit for me," Austin told Rocket Digest back in August during a phone interview. "I loved what I saw there and didn't see any need to wait on my commitment."

Austin was recruited to Toledo by UT assistant coach Mark Rhea.
