Toledo senior receiver Nick Moore has been invited to the Texas vs the Nation All-Star game in January. Moore, a 6-4, 193 pound wide receiver, caught 78 passes for 779 yards and one touchdown this past season for Toledo. He also was 2 for 2 passing the ball on trick plays, completing those two passes for 55 yards and a touchdown and returned 12 punts for 74 total yards this year.
Nick caught 182 passes in his career at Toledo, and had 13 receiving touchdowns.
The Texas vs the Nation All-Star game is on Saturday, January 31st at 11:00am ET. The game will be played at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas and will be aired on CSTV.
Nick joins fellow Rocket Tyrrell Herbert on the Nation roster of the Texas vs the Nation All-Star Game. Tyrrell was a free safety at Toledo through most of his career, but moved to cornerback during 2008 to help fill a need in toledo's secondary.
