St Charles Prepatory offensive lineman Justin Stumph has been gaining a lot of interest from college coaches in the last couple of months. The 6-4, 277 pound guard has a 4.0 GPA and also scored a 33 on his ACT. That and his skills on the field has garnered interest from some pretty nice academic institutions that play Division I FBS football.

"I'm hearing from many schools, including a variety of MAC schools, as well as schools like Northwestern, Stanford, and Duke," Justin recently told Rocket Digest. He currently has three scholarship offers. "I have official offers from Toledo, Bowling Green, and Miami of Ohio," said Justin.

Rocket assistant coach and recruiting coordinator Alex Golesh is recruiting Stumph for Toledo. He is also in contact with offensive line coach Matt Campbell and head football coach Tim Beckman.

So what does Justin think of the Rocket football program?

"The coaching staff is young and energetic. They seem to be a program that is looking to rise into a premier role and become a BCS buster like Boise State."

Justin visited Toledo back in February for a junior day event. "We didn't go around the campus much, but my cousin goes there (Toledo) and he enjoys it." Justin is considering a future visit to Toledo's campus, but does not have anything setup at this time.

This summer Stumph is planning on going to the Ohio State Senior Advanced Camp, and may go to some other camps as well.

At this time Justin does not have any favorites in the recruiting process, and he does not have a timeframe for making a commitment. Rocket Digest will stay in contact with Justin and provide the latest on his recruitment over the coming months.
