John Curtis: Defeated #7 Plant (Fla.) HS in the Allstate Sugar Bowl Prep Classic 33-3

Richard Allen (CB 5-9/175/4.38) – had a 42 yard punt return for a score and a 38 yard punt return on special teams, showcasing the 4.38 speed that got him noticed by the Green Wave. Brandon Godfrey (C – 6-4/280) – Godfrey led the offensive line to help create room for Tulane target Sherman Badie and the rest of the John Curtis offense to gain 299 yards including 220 on the ground.
