NEW ORLEANS, La.–Thursday's Conference USA baseball game between Tulane and TCU has been postponed until Friday due to unplayable field conditions.

The Green Wave and Horned Frogs will now play two nine-inning games on Friday beginning at 2 p.m. (CDT) and the second contest will begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. The 2 p.m. game will be broadcast live throughout the state on Cox Sports Television (local channel 37).

Following Friday's doubleheader, the two teams will conclude the regular season on Saturday with first pitch slated for 2 p.m. Tulane, which enters the weekend 45-8 on the year and 22-5 in C-USA play, needs just one win in three tries to claim sole possession of the conference title and the No. 1 seed in next week's C-USA Tournament, which will begin on Wednesday, May 25, at Pete Taylor Park in Hattiesburg, Miss.

All three Tulane/TCU games will be broadcast live on the radio on WRBH 88.3 FM and Saturday's contest will be simulcast on WTIX AM 690. In addition, live stats for the weekend's games are available on the internet via Game Tracker at www.tulanegreenwave.com.
