Now Temple is hoping to turn more of those calls into offers from the schools who've been ringing him up.
"The coaches have said that my first two games they wanted but I'm also going to send them my next two games, against Clovis East and Buchanan because those are two of the higher games we'll be playing this year," said Temple.
Temple can play on either side of the ball but said most of his recruiting attention comes on defense.
"I'm getting recruited as a tackle, but I really don't care which side I play, as long as I can keep playing," said Temple.
Temple said he's been in consistent communication with UCLA.
"I talk to Coach (Clark) Lea a lot and I'm hoping to go down to a game there," said Temple. "They've invited me to some."
Temple said he will take all five of his trips, so a decision isn't imminent.
"I'll take my five trips and decide closer to December or January," said Temple. "A lot depends on how the season goes. My coach doesn't want me to go on my visits during the season so if the season goes well, we'll be playing longer."
Temple also doesn't have a leader.
"I don't have a leader, no real favorite," said Temple. "I hear the most from Coach (Pat) Hill (at Fresno State) and Coach (Barry) Sacks (at Nevada)."
Temple and his Liberty team is 2-0.
"We've already rushed for over 1,000 yards this season in two games," said Liberty.
