The receiver and tight ends have a good amount of talent and, even though UCLA isn't in the market for too many prospects at these positions, it still has some prospects near the top of the lists...


1. Austin Seferian-Jenkins
Gig Harbor (Wash.)- Committed to Washington
One of the premier tight ends in the country; has complete package of size, speed, hands and toughness.  Named an Army All-American.

2. Junior Pomee
Moreno Valley (Calif.) Rancho Verde
May have the best hands of any receiver or tight end in the West.  Selected to NUC All-World Classic.

3. Dillon van der Wal
Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian- Committed to Arizona State
Soft hands as a receiver, quick motor as a defender.  Schools like him on both sides of the ball.

4. Raymond Nelson
Modesto (Calif.) Christian- Committed to UCLA
Versatile two-way player who's got great hands with the ball in the air and good quickness off the line.

5. Colby Jorgensen
Provo (Utah) Timpview- Committed to BYU
Huge target with great hands and feet, has incredible athleticism.


6. Jarett Finau
Kirkland (Wash.) Juanita- Committed to Washington
Really emerged as an athletic end and as good as he is as a tight end, his future is on defense.

7. Sam Meredith
La Mesa (Calif.) Helix- Committed to San Diego State
Big and strong athlete could grow into an offensive lineman down the line.

8. Brock Haman
Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro- Committed to Arkansas
Versatile player could play four spots in college.

9. Kellen Clute
Spokane (Wash.) Mt. Spokane- Committed to Oregon State
Big, rangy target has good hands and very good athleticism.

10. Micah Kalepa
Honolulu (Hawaii) Pac-Five
Gained 35 pounds in a year; could be an excellent OT prospect in college.

One of the premier playmakers in the nation, Blackwell shook off some injuries for an outstanding season and U.S. Army Bowl Selection.

4. Devon Blackmon
Fontana (Calif.) Summit- Committed to Oregon
Versatile playmaker has played quarterback, running back and receiver and shined in the UnderArmour All-America Game.

5. Devin Lucien
Encino (Calif.) Crespi
Another smooth route runner with excellent pass-catching ability, had a breakout senior season.

6. Richard Mullaney
Thousand Oaks (Calif.)- Committed to Oregon State
Set a state and county record for receiving and is one of the best two way players in California.

7. Brandin Cooks
Stockton (Calif.) Lincoln- Committed to Oregon State
Slot receiver is quick, has great hands and pound for pound is tough off the ball.


8. Jordan Richards
Folsom (Calif.)- Committed to Stanford
Can take it to the house at any time; versatile athlete shined in Folsom's state championship season.

9. Blair Holliday
Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian- Committed to Duke
First noticed as a basketball player, he made the big plays to help Oaks win the CIF-SS title.

10. Nelson Spruce
Westlake (Calif.)- Committed to Colorado
Another outstanding two-way player from Ventura County, one of the better pure receivers in the region.
