Torian White Flips Back to UCLA

Lakewood (Calif.) offensive tackle Torian White, a long-time commit to the Bruins, picked up a USC hat on Fox Sports Signing Day Show today, but later flipped back to the Bruin side, sending in his UCLA NLI...

Torian White, the offensive line prospect from Lakewood (Calif.) High, had a topsy turvy Signing Day.

The long-time Bruin commit went on the Fox Signing Day Show, which was telecast live earlier today on FoxSportsWest.com. He had three hats in front of him, one from UCLA, USC and Oregon State. He then picked up the USC hat and said he was committing to the Trojans.

But White didn't send in his NLI in the early afternoon, and sources indicated that he was having second thoughts. The thought was that UCLA was where White's heart was, and that he regretted his choice on the show.

White then called UCLA later that afternoon, and spoke to Coach Rick Neuheisel, telling him that he had indeed reconsidered and would be sending in his UCLA NLI, which he did.
