Playing opposite Brandon Beaver, Marsh has emerged as another top cover guy in the West.
Four schools have offered Marsh and three more schools could be close.
The 6-3, 179-pound Marsh said that while some think he could grow into a safety, all of his attention is coming as a cornerback.
"Everyone is looking at me as a corner," said Marsh. "I want to play there in corner, mainly as a big corner."
Marsh said he's got a favorite school, which is home to his favorite player.
"Oregon is my favorite school," said Marsh. "I like to play my game like Cliff Harris does there."
Marsh said he also likes the two Los Angeles schools.
"I went to games at USC and at UCLA twice this year, and I like both of them, but I think I might want to leave for college," said Marsh. "Really, though, it's whatever the best school is for me and wherever a better future is at."
Marsh is one of six Dominguez players with an offer, and he said they all talk about playing together somewhere.
"We all talk about it, but it might be tough," said Marsh. "But we all know, we need to go where is best for each of us."
Marsh is playing with the Gridiron Football Academy and will be at the Badger/New Level 7on7 in Las Vegas next month.
Academically, he has a 2.8 GPA and will take the SAT in the spring.
