Washington OL Will Camp at UCLA

Auburn (Wash.) offensive lineman Cory English will camp with the Bruins in the spring and UCLA is one of his top schools...

Auburn (Wash.) offensive tackle Cory English is flying under the radar in a good year for offensive lineman in the Northwest, but he's patiently waiting for those first offers to come in.

"I'm getting a lot of letters from Oregon, Colorado, UCLA and of course Washington," said English. "My junior film is going out and more schools said they want to see it before they offer."

The 6-4, 267-pound English plays left tackle for Auburn but will slide inside for college.

"Most schools want me to play right guard," said English. "I want to get up to about 285 too. I've been doing basketball and I'll do track so when I work out I'm going to put more weight on."

English said he plans to camp at UCLA this spring and at Washington as well, and those are two of his top schools.

"I'm going to UCLA for their lineman camp and I like them and of course Washington is looking good to me," said English. "My family wants me close to home. It's just me and my mom."

Academically, English has a 2.9 and will take the SAT in March.
