Ramona (Calif.) offensive tackle Kwayde Miller (6-8, 295) is one of the bigger lineman in the West and one of the top ones in the lower part of the state.

Miller has an offer from San Diego State, and took in the Aztecs' Junior Day last month.

"It was fun, they showed us the facilities and the practice facilities and took us to the basketball game.," said Miller. "Coach (Brady) Hoke was who offered me first, but they just told me that I still have the offer."

Miller also took in USC's Junior Day and plans to take some unofficial visits elsewhere in the spring.

Several schools are checking him out.

"I'm hearing from Alabama, USC, UCLA, LSU, Nebraska, Georgia, Duke and Michigan," said Miller. "A lot of schools say they want to see more junior film."

Which is fine with Miller, who's not in a rush to make a decision.

"I'd like to take some visits and see what my offers are," said Miller. "I want to do some college camps in the summer."

Miller plans to camp at the Los Angeles Nike Camp and the NUC Combine.

Academically, he has a 3.3 and will take the SAT in the spring.

Brandon is in his seventh year with, currently as the West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Scout Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the Scout Network since 2003.
