The three Northwest schools gave him a timeframe for when they may offer.
"Oregon said they would be coming by at the end of May, and Oregon State and Washington said they'd be coming by in the spring too to check me out," said Solis. "I had a good time at those schools. At Washington, I talk with Coach (Jimmie) Dougherty, at Oregon State, Coach (Mark) Banker and at Oregon, Coach (Scott) Frost."
The Ducks are in Solis' top three, the only one in that group that hasn't offered.
"My top three are UCLA, Colorado and Oregon," said Solis. "If Oregon offered, they would be really tough to turn down."
Solis said that he's favoring the Pac-12 schools, but also likes Boise State.
"Boise State is the only school I'm interested in that I haven't visited but I want to get up there," said Solis. "I went to Colorado two weeks ago for their spring game and Coach (Steve) Marshall is recruiting me. I've been over to UCLA for their practices too and was there last weekend, I talked with Coach (Clark) Lea, Coach (Inoke) Breckterfield, Coach (Rick) Neuheisel and Coach (Jim) Tresey.
Solis' good friend and Westlake teammate Nelson Spruce signed with Colorado in February.
"Nelson is recruiting me there too," joked Solis. "I liked the spring game there. Colorado is probably recruiting me the hardest."
Solis said he'd be taking the SAT on June 4th.
Last fall, he had 90 tackles and nine sacks for the Warriors.
