Temecula (Calif.) Chaparral linebacker Joe Robinson has seven offers to his name and, with more schools coming by Chaparral, that list could grow.

"My offers are San Diego State, who offered me on Tuesday, BYU, Arizona, Arizona State, Nevada, Nebraska and Colorado," said Robinson.

Robinson said he thinks that more could be coming too.

"Coach (Don) Pellum from Oregon is coming by next week and they've been talking with me. UCLA was out here a couple weeks ago and I think they may offer me this summer. USC is also recruiting me and wants me to camp there," said Robinson.

Robinson said his early top five consisted of schools from all around the country.

"My top five is Nebraska, Miami, Arizona State, Oregon and Nevada," said Robinson.

The 6-2, 250-pound Robinson said schools like him as a middle linebacker, but he could also play defensive end at the next level.

"If they run a 3-4, I could play a rush defensive end," said Robinson.

Academically, he has a 2.8 and took the SAT over last weekend.

Brandon is in his seventh year with, currently as the National Recruiting Analyst and West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Scout Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the Scout Network since 2003.
