Chula Vista (Calif.) Mater Dei offensive tackle Nico Siragusa
(6-6, 300), boasts four offers and as more and more schools get his film, he thinks more offers could find their way to him.
"I've got offers from UTEP, San Jose State, Colorado and Washington State," said Siragusa.
The one from the Cougars stood out to him too.
"It was my first Pac-12 offer so it meant a lot to me," said Siragusa. "Coach (Rich) Rasmussen was who offered me."
Siragusa said that a host of other Western schools are staying in regular touch with him.
"I'm hearing from Oregon, Arizona, San Diego State, Colorado State, Utah, Boise State, UCLA, Cal and Stanford," said Siragusa.
Siragusa plays on both sides of the ball, but said offense is where he wants to play.
"My primary position is tackle and I want to play tackle in college," said Siragusa.
Siragusa said that coaches from Arizona, Utah, Boise State, Fresno State, Colorado, Colorado State, Nevada, Idaho, Washington State and New Mexico have been by his school so far in the spring.
He'll be busy with camps too.
"I'm going to camp at UCLA's Lineman Camp and Arizona's camp and I was at the Nike Camp at USC," said Siragusa.
Academically, Siragusa has a 2.7 GPA and will take the SAT in June.
