Rodgers Camping at UCLA

Las Flores (Calif.) Tesoro linebacker Blake Rodgers got some good news on Tuesday night.

"I just received my first Pac-12 offer from Washington," said Rodgers. It happened as the evaluation period came to a close.

"I talked with Coach (Nick) Holt on Tuesday night," said Rodgers. "I plan to visit Washington in a few weeks to meet the coaches and check out the school."

Rodgers has also added three FCS offers to the mix.

"I received offers over the weekend from Cal Poly, Northern Arizona and Montana," said Rodgers.

They join a previously received offer from Air Force.

In addition, a couple of Pac-12 schools are showing interest.

"UCLA and Arizona State are also showing a lot of interest," said Rodgers. "They have been calling my coach and I plan on going to UCLA's Early Elite camp this weekend and Arizona State next week.

Rodgers had 80 tackles, six sacks and two interceptions as a 2010 junior at Tesoro.
