"It's going pretty well," said Cochran. "It's a tough camp, mentally tough, but I think I'm doing really well. They have me working as a center and right and left guard."
Cochran also took in an unofficial visit of Alabama.
"We met with Coach (Jim) McElwain and got a campus tour and campus visit," said Cochran. "I think they could offer if I do well the rest of the camp."
Cochran is also hoping to visit Auburn while down there.
"We're going to attempt to take a visit, maybe on Friday," said Cochran.
Cochran is in double-digits for offers, with UCLA the most recent school to offer him.
"I'd been talking with Coach (Rick) Neuheisel and Coach (Angus) McClure and they wanted to see me in action before they offered," said Cochran. "They got a chance to in the spring and they offered. I was pretty excited about that one."
"I'm going to the USC Rising Stars Camp and the Stanford overnight camp, and then a day at Cal's 3-day Camp (who's already offered)," said Cochran. "USC and Stanford are the two I'm waiting on."
Cochran said there is no rush on his end to decide.
"A lot of going through the process is just prayer and seeing where God wants me to go and see where that leads me," said Cochran. "I want to take all five visits too."
Cochran, who sports a 3.5 GPA, has also taken the SAT, scoring a 1440.
"I'm going to retake it at least twice," said Cochran. "I'm aiming for at least a 1550."
