Fontana (Calif.) A.B. Miller linebacker Reshawn Hooker (6-1, 200), is picking up numerous offers, and more could be in store.

Hooker landed an offer from Colorado on Wednesday, to join offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, San Jose State, Washington State, Colorado State, New Mexico State, Nevada and Purdue.

"And I think UCLA could be offering soon," said Hooker. "They've been talking with me a lot and they're very interested. And I'm talking with Cal a lot too."

Hooker said USC has also shown some interest and he'll be camping there on Sunday.

"Most schools look at me as an outside backer/strong safety," said Hooker. "I want to play outside backer."

Hooker said despite no offer from the Bruins, he's highly intrigued by them.

"I'm really kind of interested in UCLA," said Hooker. "Coach (Wayne) Moses is recruiting me and he said they wanted to watch more film of me."

Hooker plans to visit Westwood unofficially this weekend.

He's got a top five that has two schools that haven't offered and three that have.

"My top five right now is UCLA, Oregon, Boise State, Arizona State and Arizona," said Hooker.

But Hooker isn't in a rush to decide.

"I want to ride it out till the end," said Hooker.

Academically, he has a 3.5 and took the SAT last weekend.
