Spring Valley (Calif.) Steele Canyon safety Chanceller James (6-1.5, 190), has a good break down of offers, three from the Mountain West and three from the Pac-12.

A couple more could be making their way to him too.

"My offers are from Boise State, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Air Force and Arizona State," said James. "And I'm hearing a lot from Nevada, UCLA and USC."

James' most recent offer was from Arizona, which he got following the Wildcats camp earlier this and he next plans to camp at UCLA.

"I did well at Arizona and they offered me and I'm going to UCLA's camp on Sunday and hoping they offer," said James.

James, though, has a leader, in a program that has had great success over the last decade.

"Boise State is the first school that offered me and they're my favorite," said James. "I'm planning on going up there in August. Coach K (Pete Kwiatkowski) came by the school in the spring."

Aside from the Broncos, James had coaches from San Diego State, San Jose State, Idaho and ‘all of the Pac-12 except for Oregon' come by in spring.

James' final camp is the UCLA camp and then it's passing league for Steele Canyon.

Academically, he has a 3.2 and he's already achieved a qualifying score on the SAT.

He caught 29 passes for 499 yards and five touchdowns in 2010 as a receiver and had over 100 tackles defensively.
