The three-star said he'll likely take all of his visits before he comes to a decision.
"I'm in no hurry to commit anywhere," said Powe. "But I definitely want to take my trips. I may decide at the UnderArmour game or I may decide on Signing Day. I don't know yet."
"I don't really have any leaders," said Powe. "I'm still considering everyone."
Powe said he'd likely take official visits to the schools outside of California.
"I've been to those schools like Cal and UCLA, but I want to see some of the other schools out there on my official visits," said Powe.
Powe's teammate Malik Gilmore has committed to Oregon State, and numerous Lakewood players have signed with other Pac-12 schools in the last 2-3 years, including USC, UCLA, Cal, Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon and Washington so Powe knows a familiar face could be at any of the Pac-12 schools.
"We're like a family at Lakewood so anywhere I go, I may see someone I played with," said Powe.
Powe participated in The Opening last week in Oregon and will head to Florida next weekend for Gridiron Kings.
