"I have offers from, UCLA, SMU, Nevada, Yale, UC Davis, Duke, Arizona, Boise State and Colorado State," said Allison. "All of the schools I have offers from are pretty much even right now. I am just really thankful to have them."
Allison has also been in contact with Stanford ever since he attended their camp this summer.
"I am still in close contact with them. They are waiting to watch me play in my first game as an outside linebacker before they decide to make me an offer," said Allison.
This season will be an important one for Allison; having been a defensive lineman his entire career, Allison decided earlier in the year to make the switch from defensive end to outside linebacker. This transition on defense has produced positive results for Allison on the camp circut, especially in terms of recruiting. After Allison made the switch, he received the majority of his offers. Now it's time for Allison to show off his skills during the season.
"I am really looking forward to our season. I am planning on deciding where I will take my official visits after my first game because I know a couple schools are still waiting to see me play before offering me," said Allison.
Allison discussed his criteria for his future program.
"I am looking for a school with a family feel, strong academics and a program that has a strong desire to compete," said Allison.
Allison discussed his goals for the season.
"I have a couple goals for this season. First, I want to win a championship. Second, I want to break the sac record at our HS which is 26 sacks. Last year I came close, I had 20 solo sacks and four assists. I would also like to have the biggest signing class ever at Dorsey this year," said Allison.
Dorsey's season will kick off on September 2nd, for a match up against Los Angeles (Calif.) Jordan.
