Recruiting Info on Muhammad, Moto's national recruiting expert Evan Daniel, in his weekly recruiting report, talked to the nation's #1 prospect, Shabazz Muhammad after visiting UCLA, and also has an update on small forward Arnaud Moto...

In the report, UCLA was mentioned twice:

*This week 6-foot-5, 207-pound 2012 Las Vegas Bishop Gorman small forward Shabazz Muhammad took unofficial visits to USC and UCLA.

His trip to USC was to see the Trojans practice. "I just went to their practice to see how they're doing before they go overseas," Muhammad said. "It was a good opportunity for my family to enjoy their practice.

"I talked to the coaches after practice and they said a lot of good stuff about their team and how they have all these good players who can play now."

He took his unofficial visit to UCLA with a handful of other 2012 prospects.

"I went to a football practice and toured the campus with the other guys who were there - Kyle Anderson, William Goodwin and Jordan Adams," Muhammad said.

"The (UCLA coaches) were saying how much they wanted me and how good it would be if they got all four of us who were on campus. It was a great experience."

*One prospect that you won't be hearing much from anytime soon is Arnaud Moto. Moto announced his final six schools, UCLA, Florida, Miami, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest, and then promptly left the country and returned to his native Cameroon. In Cameroon odds are Moto isn't doing too much serious thought on his recruitment. Because of that don't look for much info to come out of his camp until after Labor Day.
