"I have offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon State, Washington, Duke, Northern Arizona and San Diego State," said Williams. "And after my first few games, Oregon, USC, UCLA, Utah and Boise State said they'd be watching and if they like what they see, they could offer."
Williams plays both receiver and safety and said schools are mixed on what side of the ball they like him.
"Some people are looking at me as a defensive back and a a few people are looking at me as a receiver," said Williams. "My natural position is receiver. I like Oregon State a lot and Arizona State because they like me more as a receiver. If it comes down to it, I might look at who's offered me as a receiver more."
Williams said he'd like to take some official visits, but hasn't finalized any plans.
"The only school I've talked to about it is Oregon State, but we haven't finalized a date yet," said Williams.
And Williams is hoping the Southern California schools take a closer look.
"The local schools said they will come watch me play, that they want to see me play in pads before they decide," said Williams. "I definitely like UCLA and USC."
Williams said he's all squared academically, with a qualifying SAT score and GPA.
