Mid-Season Decision for Marsh

The Compton (Calif.) Dominguez cornerback Alphonso Marsh is looking to decide during his senior season and UCLA is still in the mix for him...

Compton (Calif.) Dominguez cornerback Alphonso Marsh (6-3, 195) nearly made his college choice back in the spring.

But after holding off, Marsh is targeting a new time frame for as decision.

"I'm looking at doing it during the middle of the season," said Marsh.

Marsh, who's back from a knee injury he suffered in the spring, said he's got four schools in mind and plans to make official visits to each of them.

He's got one of the visits set and will set the remainder later.

"The only visit I have set is for Washington when they play Oregon (November 5th)," said Marsh. "I'm also going to visit Utah, Arizona and UCLA."

Marsh has previously been to Washington, back in the spring, and took an unofficial to UCLA for their fall scrimmage.

"I took an unofficial up to Washington and I really liked it up there," said Marsh.

Marsh said no school is leading for him at this point, with each of the four schools he plans to visit the primary school he's focusing on.

Dominguez will play Redlands East Valley this Friday.
