"I know for sure I'm visiting Stanford, Colorado and UCLA, but I wouldn't call them a top three," said Cyburt. "Those are just schools I know I will definitely visit. I'm talking to everyone a lot, but I have those three schools recruiting me the hardest."
Cyburt recently was offered by Princeton after being back east when Mission Viejo played Don Bosco Prep and practiced at Princeton. It joined an Ivy League offer from Harvard.
But for now, Cyburt has his sights set on the Pac-12.
"I've been talking with Oregon quite a bit and as the season goes on, an offer from them is possible. It's really the only school that hasn't offered that I've talked to," said Cyburt.
Cyburt boasts offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, Colorado, Harvard, Oregon State, Princeton, San Diego State, Stanford, UCLA, Utah and Washington. He will fill the other two spots for trips as the season concludes, when he plans to start taking trips.
"It's looking like my official visits will come after the season," said Cyburt. "I don't see any breaks on a weekend so most likely they'll all come after the season."
Cyburt said no favorite has emerged for him.
"They're all pretty equal, I talk to them every week," said Cyburt. "They're constantly sending me mail and planning to come to my games."
Which position Cyburt plays is still up for debate.
"It kind of varies on the school," said Cyburt. "Mainly it's left tackle. No one has told me I'm going to play guard. Mostly it's left tackle or quick tackle. I was a converted tight end and all that so they could use me in space. We'll see where my body goes. I want to put on good weight, its muscle weight I'm putting on."
This weekend, Mission Viejo plays Redlands East Valley in a game on FoxSportsWest.com.
Academically, Cyburt has a 3.8 overall GPA and took the SAT earlier in spring.
