Ladue Horton Watkins wide receiver Jehu Chesson is still on the board, and has many BCS offers to choose from, but he added one more recently.

"Jehu received an official offer letter this week from UCLA," his father, Jehu Chesson Sr. reported. "It is his first offer from this conference."

Chesson, who holds other offers from Iowa, Michigan, Northwestern, Illinois, Missouri and Oklahoma State, is having a successful year both on and off the field.

"The season and school is going great. The team is 4-2 (4-0 within conference). He is also maintaining a 3.5 GPA into his senior year. We are all grateful. This year Jehu is playing both offense, defense and special teams."

A decision is still a little ways off, but the process will heat up for the Chessons over the next month.

"He plans on taking his official visits soon."

Chesson told Scout recently that he plans to take an official to Northwestern. He has taken unofficial visits to Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri and Florida. He plans to take all five of his officials.
