Stockton (Calif.) Lincoln running back Justin Davis (6-0, 190), was one of the top West Coast prospects at the U.S. Army Combine last week.

And Davis already has a couple of offers to his name.

"Oklahoma and Boise State have offered," said Davis. "And Oregon State, they're coming on hard. They got our receiver, Brandin Cooks, and they said they're going through the evaluation process, but they've talked to our coaches and could offer me soon."

And Davis said a number of other schools have expressed interest.

"Cal, they've talked to me, and so has Nebraska and Notre Dame, and then Washington too," said Davis. "UCLA, I've talked to them a lot too and USC has sent me letters."

Davis said that everyone is recruiting him as a running back, which is his preferred position.

And he played it well as a junior, rushing for 2,613 yards and 39 touchdowns.

Now, he'll turn his attention to getting his recruitment rolling.

"I've been invited to the Boise State, UCLA and Cal Junior Days, and I'll go to the Nike Camp at Stanford like I did last year," said Davis.
