Eddie Printz, the junior quarterback prospect from Marietta (Georgia) Lassiter, has verbally committed to UCLA, according to sources.

He visited UCLA unofficially last weekend and told the coaches he wanted to be a Bruin.

"I committed to UCLA," said Printz. "I'm looking forward to playing for Coach Jim Mora and the Bruins."

Printz has previously been committed to SMU, where new UCLA offensive line coach Adrian Klemm had coached.

But it was meeting new offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone that sealed it for him.

"After I met Coach Mazzone, my decision was made," said Printz. "I am a UCLA Bruin."

In 2011, Printz threw for 3350 yds in 2011 and 28 touchdowns against just 9 interceptions.
