Earlier this month, Arnold was at USC's Junior Day and said he had a good time with the Trojan coaches.
"USC's Junior Day was pretty good," said Arnold. "The campus was really nice and they've been updating things there."
Now he'll head over to Westwood on Sunday.
"I'm going to UCLA on Sunday with my teammate, Tyler Foreman and I'm looking forward to going to that," said Arnold.
Arnold said that he and Foreman have talked about playing together in college, and said that the one school he's dreamed of going to is Oregon.
"I really liked Oregon and it's been my dream school," said Arnold. "I liked it even before Bryan and Hroniss went there."
Arnold said a number of other schools besides Oregon, UCLA and USC are showing interest in him as he waits for his first offer.
Arnold said he'll be attending a few camps this spring and summer.
"I'll be playing 7on7 with Team B2G and I'm going to camp at Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, UCLA, USC and Boston College," said Arnold.
Arnold said he'll take some time to decide, but isn't sure yet if he'll wait the whole process out or make an earlier decision.
Academically, he has a 3.2 and will take the SAT in March.
