Good Junior Day for Judge

The Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian linebacker, Cameron Judge, was at UCLA on Sunday for Junior Day...

Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian linebacker Cameron Judge started the week with no offers, and by the end of it, he'd received four, all from the Pac-12.

Arizona started the offer run and they were joined by Utah and then Oregon State.

After Judge visited UCLA on Sunday for the Bruins' Junior Day, he was told by new head coach Jim Mora that he had an offer from the Bruins.

"It was a good visit," said Judge. "They offered me there. That's the one I was looking forward to getting."

UCLA has made inroads at Oaks the past few seasons, and signed a couple of Judge's teammates earlier this month in Jordan Payton and Ishmael Adams.

Judge said the two have already been working on him with the Bruins, but he's in no rush to decide.

"I'm just going to take it all in right now and take it in stride," said Judge.

Judge said a few things stood out to him.

"What stood out was the family feeling among the coaches and the overall great environment of the school," said Judge.

He also got a chance to talk more with Mora and linebackers coach Jeff Ulbrich.

"There was a linebacker meeting with Coach Ulbrich and he and Coach Mora are really cool," said Judge. "I like them both a lot."

With four offers now, Judge thinks a couple more could be coming.

"I'm calling Vanderbilt and Washington on Monday and I think they could be offering," said Judge.
