Wilson Talks UCLA Junior Day

Culver City (Calif.) wide out Julius Wilson attended UCLA's junior Day last weekend and the talented athlete said the Bruins moved up his list...

Julius Wilson said he actually grew up a big USC fan but said he felt very comfortable in Westwood.

"I had a very good experience at UCLA, I liked it a lot," Wilson said. "This was my first time on campus and I was impressed at how nice the campus was and how friendly everyone was. We took a tour and I really liked the football facilities, the locker room and the training room.

"I spent time with the coaches and really like Coach Yarber, the receiver coach. He's a really good guy and I also liked coach Mora. We never discussed a scholarship of where I'm at on their list but they seem very interested and said they plan to recruit me from here on out. I don't have any other visits planned right now and I'm just going to focus on track and working hard in school."

Wilson currently has offers from San Diego State, Utah State, Washington and Washington State.
