And Luke thinks another big out-of-state one could be coming soon.
"I've been talking with Texas a lot and they could be offering sometime soon," said Luke.
At this point, early in the process, Luke is open to all comers.
"Right now, I'm open to everybody, whether it's the Pac-12 and the East Coast," said Luke.
Luke said Arizona State has been recruiting him relatively hard, with head coach Todd Graham and defensive backs coach Chris Ball taking the reins. Arizona is right there with the Sun Devils, with David Lockwood, the Wildcats secondary coach running the point there.
"I'm also talking a lot with Cal and UCLA's coaches," said Luke. "Coach (Clancy) Pendergast is recruiting me for Cal and he used to be with the (Arizona) Cardinals. Coach (Demetrice) Martin from UCLA is recruiting. Coach Martin is a really good guy and fun to talk to.
The Hamilton program sent Reggie Daniels to Oregon and Kendyl Taylor to Washington last year, and Luke said he talks often with both of them, but neither have been pushing their school on him. Neither have close friends Paul Perkins and Javon Williams, from rival high school Chandler High, who signed with UCLA.
"I ran track with Paul and Javon and we've talked mostly about recruiting and how they went through the whole process," said Luke. "And Kendyl and Reggie are the same, they just said take your time and do what's best for you."
Luke is taking that advice to heart.
"I won't decide until most likely after my senior year," said Luke. "I plan to take all five of my trips."
Luke said his camp plans this spring include the Los Angeles Nike Camp and he'll potentially camp at some schools during the summer.
