"I've been talking to UCLA a lot, Colorado has been showing a lot of interest in me and recently I heard from Oregon State and they're highly interested and they want to see me in spring ball," said Talifero.
Talifero said that UCLA has been showing increased interest and he has a lot of interest in the Bruins.
"I'm going to some of their spring practices and I'm going to check them out some more," said Talifero. "Coach (Adrian) Klemm offered me at SMU, but I'm mostly talking with Coach Meat (Demetrice Martin), and the new linebackers coach, Coach (Jeff) Ulbrich, has been talking with me a lot since I went to their Junior Day."
Talifero said that Oregon State is also picking things up with him, with his former coach at Muir, Lance Mitchell Sr., talking with the Oregon State program, where his son, Lance, just completed his career.
For now, Talifero is content to wait things out and see what options are presented.
"I think I still want to take my time before I decide," said Talifero.
Talifero was one of the top linebackers at the NLA Elite 7on7 in Las Vegas last weekend and this weekend he'll be at the Los Angeles Nike Camp.
Academically, he's carrying a 3.3 and will take the SAT in the spring.
