Fresno (Calif.) Central cornerback L.J. Moore was one of three Central defensive backs to be in Westwood on Thursday, taking in UCLA's second spring practice.

"It was great there at UCLA. I loved the practice," said Moore.

Moore had been to UCLA already this spring, going to UCLA's Junior Day in February, but this time he got to see the new staff working in action.

"What really stood out to me was the fact that it was very intense, even without the pads," said Moore. "It was very high tempo."

Moore said that the UCLA coaches talked with him for a bit after practice, and while they didn't push him for a commit, he did say they reiterated that they want him.

"They said they want me. I talked with Coach (Jim) Mora and Coach (Demetrice) Martin for a while," said Moore. "We walked around the campus for a little bit after."

Moore said he plans to go to another practice or two during the spring.

"I'll most likely be back down there for a scrimmage or maybe the spring game," said Moore.

Last week, Moore was selected to the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl.
