Fallbrook (Calif.) offensive tackle Sean Dowling took a couple of Pac-12 visits in the last week, but it was the one closest to home that won over Dowling.

The three-star committed to UCLA on Thursday afternoon.

"I really like what's going on at UCLA and I really like the changes there," said Dowling.

Dowling also had offers from Arizona, Colorado, Navy, San Diego State and Washington State but the Bruins were one of his first offers and the stellar student said that weighed heavily in their favor.

"I have a good relationship with Coach (Adrian) Klemm and Coach (Jim) Mora," said Dowling. "They were one of the first schools to offer me and I went to their Junior Day and really liked it."

Dowling said he is done with the recruiting process and solidly committed to UCLA.

He plans to camp at UCLA this summer at their lineman camp and will also be doing the Oakland NFTC.

Dowling is the second offensive tackle committed to the Bruins, joining Erik Bunte.
