UCLA Offers Tennessee OL

Memphis (Tenn.) East offensive lineman Christian Morris picked up another offer on Monday from clear across the country. UCLA was the latest school to offer the talented tackle and Morris said he plans to visit the Westwood campus...

Christian Morris is a national prospect whose offer list spans the entire country. He has SEC offers from schools like Arkansas, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Tennessee and Vanderbilt to go with national programs like Clemson and USC.

"I talked to Coach Klemm and Coach Mora tonight and they offered," Morris said. "'I've been talking with coach Klemm for a while now on facebook and he's going to be coming by my school tomorrow for our Spring Game.

"He has been telling me about their depth chart and how he's looking for guys to come in and play early. I was actually looking to redshirt but if I have to play early, I will. I like UCLA a lot and they're one of the schools I'm planning to take an official visit to."

Morris said there are several factors that will go in to his college decision.

"The biggest factors for me will be my relationship with my position coach and can he get me to the next level," Morris said. "I'm looking at schools that produce players at my position and where I can share a good bond with the team and the entire coaching staff as well.

"I want to take all five of my official visits and right now, I have four of them I feel pretty good about. Along with UCLA, I want to visit USC, Tennessee and Mississippi State and I'm keeping that last one open right now."
