Quick Hitter: Kevin Palma

The Tulare (Calif.) Mission Oak linebacker, Kevin Palma, the Oakland NFTC MVP, gets in-state, Pac-12 offer...

After rolling to linebacker MVP honors on Sunday at the Oakland Nike Football Training Camp, Tulare (Calif.) Mission Oak linebacker Kevin Palma had to wait a few more days to get his next offer.

On Wednesday, one came in the form of a Pac-12 offer, his second from the conference and fourth overall.

"UCLA offered," said Palma. "Coach (Jeff) Ulbrich offered me. I'm really excited."

The Bruins follow Oregon State, Nevada and San Diego State in offering Palma.

The fast-rising Palma said he thinks Washington could be the next school to offer.

Palma will camp at UCLA and he's been invited to The Opening in July.
