Gardena (Calif.) Serra 2014 linebacker Dwight Williams left UCLA's Skills camp on Sunday feeling strong about his performance.

"I think I did really well. I was able to show off my physicality, especially because I know I look a little undersized. I wanted to showcase my coverage skills and my technique, my footwork," he said.

Apparently, the staff agreed, as Williams picked up an offer from the Bruins on Monday.

"I called Coach Adrian Klemm today and he gave the phone to the linebackers coach, Jeff Ulbrich, and he offered me," said Williams.

The 6'0", 197 lb. prospect was excited to pick up the offer, as UCLA is a school he's definitely considering.

"I love the tradition. I'm from the area and it plays a big factor, being able to stay home. Just the way the program is run, the academics, things like that," he said.

Williams is also familiar with the campus, and has already taken a few visits to Westwood.

"I came up to campus a few weeks ago. I've been up here with (incoming cornerback) Ishmael Adams. Ishmael tells me all the time that I'm coming here," he laughed.

Williams says the Bruins have been recruiting him the hardest, but that he is also hearing from a good number of programs from around the country.

"I've been hearing from USC, and I've just been getting letters from a lot of schools like Alabama, Missouri, and Oregon State. Schools from all over the place," he said.

The linebacker also holds an offer from Colorado, which he received earlier this spring, and is currently planning to attend next week's Oregon State camp.
