Old Story

Myles Jack, the 6-3, 230-pound linebacker prospect from Bellvue (Wash.) will announce his college decision Wednesday afternoon.

According to good sources, Jack will announce for UCLA.

The four-star linebacker holds scholarship offers from Arizona State, California, Colorado, Georgia Tech, Oregon State, Purdue, South Carolina, Stanford, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Washington State, along with UCLA.

Sources in the northwest indicated the choice came down between UCLA and Washington, but that the Bruins will get Jack's commitment.

Reportedly the primary reason is Jack's connection with UCLA Head Coach Jim Mora. Jack is a longtime friend of the family, knowing Mora's son well.

Scout.com will cover Jack's announcement and have a video of the proceedings later today.
