The four-star has 13 offers, and while he was camping at USC this week, he's perfectly content with where things are at in his recruitment.
"I'm just waiting it out more and not trying to rush things," said Foreman. "All of the offers I have, I like those schools. I'm not going to commit until after the season, so right now I can focus on my team."
"I don't really have a top five or any schools standing out but I do like Cal and UCLA," said Foreman, who's had teammates sign with both schools the last two years in Chris Harper (Cal) and Devin Lucien (UCLA). "I'll probably take an official visit to Cal and with UCLA being right here, I haven't thought about taking a visit there or not."
Foreman was at UCLA on Friday night, checking out the Bruins' camp, but didn't participate and was camping at USC for their Rising Stars Camp. He'll have a busy next two weeks, with the IMG National 7on7 tournament this weekend and The Opening next week in Beaverton.
"When I got invited to The Opening, it was a real surprise and I was like "whoa" when they called me," said Foreman. "That was one of my summer goals."
Past summer, though, Foreman's attention will turn to Crespi's 2012 campaign, and then, from there he'll refocus on recruiting.
"I'll take all five trips and I'll narrow down my list to five schools during the season," said Foreman. "I'm not going to wait until Signing Day to decide, I feel like that is too much pressure. But I'll decide by end of December or early January."
Academically, Foreman has a 3.1 and took the SAT this spring.
