Elk Grove (Calif.) Pleasant Grove running back Isaiah Saunders is still looking for his first offer, but he's been doing what he can to get out and be seen.

Saunders has camped at several 7on7 tournaments and Nike Camps, UCLA and Washington as well.

He's also camped at Sacramento State and Weber State could be the first team to offer him.

"Weber State, they're pretty close and Sacramento State, I went to their camp," said Saunders. "Tulane is also interested."

Fresno State had shown some early interest, but Saunders' brother, Jalen, transferred from Fresno to Oklahoma.

"I've talked with Oklahoma too, with their receivers coach, Coach Jay Norvell," said Saunders. "He and my dad started talking, first about Jalen and then they started talking about me, so we'll see."

Saunders, who's 5-11, 210, is being recruited as a running back but has spent much of spring split out in 7on7 competition.

"All of my recruiting is as a running back but when I got out at 7on7, I work as a receiver to show my ability to catch," said Saunders.

Saunders said he'd ideally like to take all five trips come fall, before he makes a decision.

Brandon is in his eighth year with Scout.com and FOXSportsNext, currently as a National Recruiting Analyst and West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Scout Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the Scout Network since 2003.
